Meet at my studio for covid compliant one-on-one instruction on multiple pieces of equipment. I perform a fitness assessment and design a program tailored to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are one hour, typically once or twice a week.

Virtual Group Session

Meet online in a group setting to perform Pilates Mat exercises that develop core strength, increase flexibility and build muscle tone. We meet every Saturday at 10am Mountain time. This restorative Pilates class ends with 10 minutes of guided meditation. All levels are welcome. Contact me for the the link.

The Equipment

Reformer

The Reformer is a bed-like frame with a flat platform on it, called the carriage, which rolls back and forth on wheels within the frame. The carriage is attached to one end of the reformer by a set of springs. The reformer was invented by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates.

Mat

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.

Wall Tower

The Wall Tower builds on classic Mat Pilates by adding springs, a tower bar, roll down bar and foot strap for support and challenge.

Chair

The Pilates chair is one of the most challenging and effective pieces of Pilates equipment with spring loaded pedals. Exercises on the Chair help develop balance while building arm, legs, and core strength.
